Looking for Community Manager for a Product company in the Automation and Cognitive ecosystem
Role & Responsibility :
- Own digital strategy and manage all marketing initiatives to achieve business goals
- Manage & Grow a thriving community of influencers & users
- Set up processes to organize and manage the community
- Driving campaigns to keep the community enthused
- Be the voice of the community inside the organisation
- Drive paid marketing campaigns across channels - Google (Search and Display), Social (Paid marketing on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter), Web and Mobile Affiliate marketing, email and Database marketing etc.
- Build powerful lead acquisition and nurturing funnels to deliver high quality leads
- Marketing & Re-targeting Campaigns through various channels
- Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained
- Optimize against key metrics including CTR, open rates, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Work with designers to develop creatives for ads, emails and landing pages.
- Track best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations.
- Develop highly targeted and high impact content for campaigns measured through the Clickthrough rate
Requirements:
- 6-8 years relevant work experience in Community Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Prior experience working with an online Learning & Development portal/community considered an added bonus
