This Community aims to bring together technology leaders and specialists across the world to debate and evangelize the adoption of technology. The Community Manager will develop, guide and manage communities by interfacing with IT-BPM companies and employees, and driving conversations about technology and organization initiatives.  Desires Skills & Expertise :   - Bachelor degree in a Marketing or Communications-related field  - 4-5 years of work experience in community building and social media marketing   - In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios  - Specific experience identifying and utilizing appropriate content streams: transcripts, articles, surveys, web seminars, podcasts, wikis, blogs, etc  - Functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress and Jive  - Entrepreneurial nature, strong inter-personal skills, excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.  Key Responsibilities :   - Lead the day-to-day operations in conjunction with internal functions, to manage the online community.  - Identify interesting and sharable content from huge pool of content/stories; and create content- articles, newsletters, blogs, mailers & other material for social media channels and collaboration initiatives   - Develop and post interactive content that encourages participation and the development of member-generated content to ensure that the community is achieving its objectives  - Increase community participation by driving sign-ups, interacting and responding to user comments, managing content, including official announcements, and planning activities to connect and grow followers  - Monitor and moderate community participation to ensure that rules of engagement are adhered to, and provide tracking and metrics to communicate and validate interaction  - Analyze trends in Social Media channels, conceptualize interesting social media campaigns, and help structure social media strategy  If you are interested call me on 9811946546.
