As part of the Communication team, you will have the space to learn and grow while being responsible for the Group's Communication strategy and activities. You will have the freedom to make creative decisions, the opportunity to innovate, and make suggestions to improve the ongoing activities. As you interact with teams across the Group, you will gain tremendous exposure and have the chance to develop holistically. Specifically:
External Communication
- Focus on activities to increase the company's visibility and engagement with their external audience
- Editorial: Review/create and edit content (grammar, language, tone and plagiarism check) for:
Alerts and newsletters
Articles, publications
Group and practice-specific flyers, posters
Group brochures
- Websites: Review and manage content (CMS) for the Group's sites, including:
Articles, case studies, practice-specific updates
Monitor analytics
Blog creation and management
- Digital marketing: Manage the company's presence across digital platforms
Email marketing
Social media- design and implement strategy to increase engagement, monitor analytics
Search engine optimisation (SEO) and marketing (SEM)
- Support practice- or product-specific campaigns
- Review/draft important emails/letters as required
- Co-ordinate with external agencies for any communication requirement
- Support all teams across the Group with any communication requirement
- Create/update Group stationery design as required
- Measure effectiveness of communication and content efforts - Provide monthly reports to the management
Internal Communication
- Publish our internal quarterly newsletter
- Strategy to increase employee engagement on social networks
- Manage our editorial calendar
- Brand guidelines: Create handbooks/style guides for grammar, writing style, font, colours, letter writing, imagery, etc.
- Work with the HR team to help improve internal engagement, etc.
Desired candidate profile:
Technical skills:
- Excellent English language skills - develop content, write, edit, review
- Proficiency in MS Office - especially Word, PowerPoint, Publisher
- Experience in communication material design, creation, editing and formatting
- Experience in using email software such as MailChimp
- Experience in using website content management systems (CMS)
