We're looking for a highly motivated and resourceful candidate to lead our Internal Communications group based in the firms office in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will be responsible for formulating internal communications and branding strategies for the Hyderabad office. The candidate will work with multiple stakeholders to drive and implement the firm's communications and branding strategies.

WHAT YOULL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

Internal Communication

You will be responsible for creating engaging employee-centric content on various internal communication platforms such as the firms intranet, communities, website, newsletters, blogs, emails, e-screens, social media, and leadership forums. This will entail providing editing, proofreading, and designing support for internal teams to drive campaigns and business communication. All the content will have to comply with editorial style guidelines to ensure clear and consistent branding across communication channels. There has to be an overarching focus on creating seamless avenues enabling effective top-down and bottom-up communication. Part of the portfolio will also include preparing various monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards to assess the effectiveness of various communication mediums. You will also be required to play the role of a communication consultant for the leadership and other departments, and advise them on best practices.

External Communication

You will work with senior stakeholders from both the Hyderabad and NYC offices to develop external communications plans for driving corporate messages with an aim to create a positive brand image amongst various external stakeholders, especially potential candidates. You will identify and manage external branding opportunities and create content in adherence to the brand guidelines for the firm via LinkedIn, press coverage in regional and national media, campus branding, external conferences, etc. You will work closely with the leadership team and other key stakeholders to ensure communication to media is integrated with the overall corporate and brand purpose and proposition. One such focus area will be to drive the company's LinkedIn profile with regular and strategic updates to increase the firms visibility and follower base with an objective to position the firm as an employer of choice. Your role will also require managing public relations agency contacts for executing external communications.

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR:

- Eight to ten years of relevant experience with a degree in English literature, journalism, communications, or public relations.

- Experience in creating new, innovative, and intelligent content for print, web, social, and visual media.

- Keen attention to detail and excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in working with global teams and ability to lead and manage multiple projects.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.
