Qualification & Experience

- UG: B.Tech / B.E. - Any Specialization

- PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

- Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required

- Bachelor degree or higher; any major

- 2-3 years of communications, inbound marketing, and/or content marketing experience

- Knowledge of major social media platforms and the related automation tools ie..Hootsuite(which manage brands online)

- Good content writing skills; ability to understand the target market, and adapt content to fit their persona.

- Brand or Communications agency experience would be a plus.

- Knowledge of graphic design tools would be a plus

- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

This role requires a combination of managing, writing, and inter-personal skills. The key tasks performed would include, but are not limited to:

- Manage the editorial calendar, and take ownership for all content marketing efforts across B2B and B2C segments

- Understand our brand story, target market and segmentation strategies. Know the marketing hooks and how content is structured around them

- Conduct market research to document understand competitors- content marketing strategies, and recommend improvements

- Collaborate with the strategy, creative, sales teams, and freelance writers to gather all content assets, and obtain approvals before sending

- Weave a world of imagination using facts about our company and industry: write short- and long-form content pieces (blog, social media post, presentation, brochure, web content etc.) based on the editorial calendar

- Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of outbound content - from file naming and grammar to image size and meta-data

- Develop and implement new strategies to create conversations with our audience on online channels

- Ensure all pieces of content are on-brand and consistent in terms of style and quality

- Support outbound communications such as webinars, events etc.

- Liaise with the PR agency to make sure right content is generated and delivered in timely manner

- Interface with the sales teams to make sure their content needs

- Establish all internal processes for content management for all sales and marketing efforts
