- Reporting to the Communication Lead in Singapore, you will be part of a very interesting phase for a globally well recognised brand.
Client Details
Our client is a large Chemical conglomerate with a significant presence in the India region. They have a significant history and brand presence in most areas they have a business in. They are scaling up their communications team across APAC and as a part of this are looking to hire someone to lead the function in South Asia.
Description
Reporting to the APAC Head, you will be responsible for:
- Partner with APAC leadership and local subsidiaries to determine the communication objectives & development of communications programs, initiatives and campaigns - Lead the briefing of executive spokespeople on key messages and storytelling for media interviews and public or internal events - Ensure timely management of news cycles and handle any crisis communications in partnership with the different stakeholders - Develop and maintain a calendar of relevant news events - local, regional and global - Manage budget and resources (FTE's/ vendors and agencies) appropriately for corporate communications teams
Profile
- Post a Bachelors degree you will have 12-18 years experience in managing Communications.
- You should have a direct relationship with Media, PR and Agencies to be able to do your job effectively.
- You should have a proven track record of crisis management and strategic communications.
