Designation: Senior Manager, Commercial and Releases Fulfilment
Exp: Minimum 10 years leading large operational teams (200 plus)

- This role is accountable for end to end delivery (post Assessment) of all Commercial lending and delivery of discharges / Releases functionality for all channels (Commercial, Private and Consumer). Stakeholder management and presence at the GM of Commercials forums is crucial to ensure that the operations business is meeting the needs of the frontline.
- The role has coverage of 210 FTE against multiple function and product sets. A key area of focus in conjunction with the frontline is input quality and rework control. This role will also play an important part in delivery of the econveyancing project – this is to ensure that national functionality for all banks aligns to client’s needs and that any system integration is done appropriately to ensure the best outcome for both client from a cost perspective and our customers from a service perspective.
