Commercial Operation Officer - Healthcare

- Sales order processing

- Prepare invoices.

- Compile and process information such as prices, discounts, shipping rates etc.

- Ensure customers are invoiced correctly for products and services offered.

- Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail.

- Coordinate with dispatch department for timely delivery of goods.

- Process credit notes

- Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments etc.)& maintenance of customer data.

- Prepare and provide stock statement.

- Manage distributor / customer compliance.

- Inventory management.

- Indenting for production

- Communication with sales team for excess inventory for liquidation of such stock.

- Check stock on regular basis.
