Commercial Manager - Plywood Manufacturing Plant (12-15 yrs)

- Variance analysis with Cause & Effects of each Functions
- Presentation on Quarterly
- Define the Cost Centre and Functional Dept for Steel Products
- ABC costing of each function & Cost centre,
- Cost of Production per ton of Billets, Ingots & Finished goods which includes each Cost such as Scrap, allied R M, Stores & consumables, Power, Manpower, and Overhead etc on per ton basis.
- Fix up the Clear Accountability & Responsibility to each Process In charge / Functional Head.
- Input (Scrap allied RM & Stores), Out-Put including Arising and bi- products by balancing of Materials at each process as well as Production and consumption of Materials.
- Training & Awareness
- Preparation base for Costing.
- Co-ordination, Monitoring & Cost Analysis
MIS : Develop & Implement a structured MIS system. Formatting of documents since Log Sheet to Daily Production Reports of each process and flow of in- formations.
- Evaluation of Performance of ongoing Projects and commercial viability of Projects.
- Evaluation of Commercial viability of Billets for recommending whether to make or to buy.
- Arrange Dept wise presentation of performance in house at ASM on Monthly & Quarterly basis.
- Costing of Power Generation Units of Power Plant as well as Consumption on input and of distribution Power to each Cost centers.
- Quarterly Performance review cum -presentation of all the activities.
- Co-ordination, Customize and successful Implementation of Navision ERP System.
- Co-ordination for Successful Implementation of ISO 18001 & ISO 9001 QMS.
- Any other work assigned to me on time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Experience : He must have 12+ years of experience in Plywood Manufacturing Plant
Technical Competencies :
- Should be currently handling independently the entire Plant Commercial function. Strategic Planning, Material Management, Techno-commercial Negotiations, Cost reduction and productivity enhancement, Training and Development, Visionary Leadership
