Job Detail :

- Responsible for Commercial, Accounts, Legal Related operations including coordination with statutory, internal, and bank auditors across branches and arrangement of all inputs which are required by top management for decision-making.

- Good communication, drafting, administration and analytical skills and able to administrate multiple locations.

- Drive the entire team towards cost control for significant of all controllable costs and periodical reviews with actual vs targets etc. Valuable inputs to reducing the cost with alternative methods. Conducting the internal commercial / warehouse team meetings for keeping the good control over the commercial operations.

- Support operations for preparation of various company policies and adherence to maintain the same like sales, policy, godown policy, and after sales service policy. Also control over branches and ensure reporting within the prescribed schedules.

- Verification of branch / store wise profitability statements for all locations with several control / profitability ratios’ and sending the views to top managements with their observations and recommendations on periodical basis.

- Ensure to adhere the all statutory returns and payment to government with in the stipulated time to avoid the penalties. Knowledge on various statutory acts of all the states like Sales Tax / VAT/ Minimum Wages Act, Professional Tax Act, Shops & Establishment Acts, and Other state acts like octroi, resale tax act etc.,

- Maintenance of good relation with statutory departments, as well as commendable knowledge on various statutory acts like VAT / Sales Tax/ Central Sales Tax, Service Tax, Excise Duty, Weight & Measurement, Shops and Establishment, local municipal taxes, octroi acts etc.

- Coordination with legal and accounts department for preparation of various agreements with third parties including work agreements, rent agreements etc to avoid legal discrepancies.
