Commercial Manager - BFSI (7-10 yrs)
1. Lead, drive and be accountable for robust policies & processes (R2P, SOP, contracting etc.), analytics, market intelligence and compliance across the network.
2. Work closely with the all enabling functions on commercial, sourcing, procurement and other matters.
3. Provide strategic counsel and support to the internal front end teams & businesses.
4. Publish monthly dashboard on actual cost vs. budget, forecast and other key ongoing activities internal team, business heads, CFO and CEO.
5.Help develop commercial strategy consistent with the overall strategic direction of the organization.
6.Know and analyze market trends to identify opportunities that can optimize commercial decisions.
7.Propose creative commercial solutions to contribute to the bottom-line.
8.Develop and manage annual commercial budget pertaining to content, marketing, OAP, G&A and other costs.
9.Ensure legal and statutory compliances with organizational processes and systems.
10. Engage with current and new partners and develop a preferred partner network based on identified performance metrics.
11. Operate with the highest level of integrity, honesty and transparency and represent the brand appropriately to external stakeholders.
