Commercial Head - Production House

- TV (Fiction - Non Fiction) & Web Series commercial budgeting with highest levels execution standards.

- Negotiations with commercial department of Clients.

- Detailed understanding of the TV/Digital production and competitive benchmarking for the same.

- Planning and Implementation of various cost-optimizing strategies.

- Developing new, competitive & reliable business partners, service providers, vendors.

- Liaise with Finance, Legal, Production and Business teams and various other verticals

- Managing margins and profitability by ensuring realistic budgeting and adhering to the cost targets.

- Budgeting & understanding of the market landscape.

- Ensuring execution of Production jobs as per the defined quality parameters.

- Post-Show evaluation, analysis and producing reports for various stakeholders.

- Expert knowledge of operations(transactional processing / agreement processing / inventory management / collections management)

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.
