Commercial Head - Depot Management - Consumer Durable/Paint Industry

Job description :

Brief Role : Individual will be heading entire Finance, Accounts & Commercial for the manufacturing plant warehouses . Ideal Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 15- 20 years of experience in F&A and commercial functions including - Purchase, Stores, Logistics , depot management

Job Responsibilities :

- Setting up of New Project/Plant, Getting Licenses/NOC's from various govt. bodies & Ensuring Statutory Compliances.

- Looking after GST, Central Excise, Customs, Import-Export, VAT, WCT, Purchase & Stores,

- Logistics, Costing, MIS, Accounts , Commercial activities of Depots.

- Dealing with Central Excise ; Customs, Sales Tax/VAT, Pollution Control Board, Labour

- Departments, Electricity Deptt., Director of Industries, Development Authorities and many other govt. bodies.

- Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedure for all Commercial & Accounts related activities.

- Involved in techno-commercial negotiations, managing projects, agreements , contracts with Contractors, vendors, CFA's, transporters and other external agencies.

- Looking after Logistics - domestic , exports, dealing with transporters, transport unions & CHA's, billing, issue of debit/credit notes, and settlement/verification of dealers' scheme /claims & product movement.

- Commissioning of Warehouses for Operation including site selection, Negotiation & finalization of terms, legal documentation & commercial documentation and finally entering into an agreements.

Managing all Warehouses, C&F Operations to ensure that service to customer demands

Candidate Requirement :

- CA / ICWA - with minimum 15 yrs experience is mandatory

- Currently handling a Zonal profile - only apply

- Able to manage 50 + depots with a large team size

- From - Any Consumer Durable / FMCG / Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics / Paints / Automobiles / Luggage / Lifestyle Brands Industry
