Commercial Head - Contracts/Quantity Survey/Tender/Costing - Building Construction Projects (23-30 yrs)
Head Commercial (BE Civil+25yrs of exp in contract, commercial, quantity survey, tender, costing) for building projects
- Responsible for Commercial function for all the Projects managed by HO and in different regions.
- Lead the team of Commercial and Billing team at HO and in the region.
- Regional interaction and support to the region and project sites.
- Understanding the Client Contracts and ensuring the execution or the Commercial terms and conditions of all the projects.
- Responsible for monitoring the Project commercials (Revenue and Profitability) for assigned regions and projects as per the Master plan.
- Responsible for the Project Billing and certification of the region and projects from the clients.
- Responsible for Subcontracting and administering the Sub contracts.
- Responsible for Vendor management and development.
- Responsible for Subcontract negotiation and finalisation.
- Responsible for periodic reviews on the Commercials of the Regions/ Projects and MIS to the management.
- Client interaction on strategic and critical issues.
