Commercial Head - Automotive

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the activities of all functions involved in the logistics, Shipments, planning, warehousing, and inventory controls

- Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of the supply chain, reducing cost and delivery timelines

- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to customs and cross-border trade.

- Lead efficient management of working capital and cash flow.

- Ensure shipping schedule is agreed, prepared and delivered on time.

- Supporting Company's supply chain, including procurement and administration of commercial contracts.

- Ensure logistics control for both imported and domestic equipment/materials.

- To Ensure leveraging of supply chain systems for smooth operation including best utilization of own fleet.

- Development of procurement contracts and co-ordinate their technical validation

- Liaison with the Govt. Agencies/ Departments

- Ensure adherence to statutory policies.

- Responsibility for overall compliance and management of all Commercial and Indirect Taxes matters.

Experience: Min 12 Years

Education- MBA
