Commercial Director - Sales - Consumer Goods (14-22 yrs)
Our Client: A known name in the consumer goods industry.
Your Role:
- You would be leading on the sales, operating budgets, developing and execution of the business plan.
- Manage sales activities which include efficient and effective Marketing activities, promotions management and effective distribution of the manufactured product to the market.
- Developing a growth strategy to increase market shares, new business opportunities, controlling sales budgets and profit targets and grow the revenue ahead of sales.
- Growing Revenue ahead of Sales. Develop and implement across the market strategy for aggressive growth in Volume, Market Share and NSR. drive and improve performance efficiency & effectiveness.
- Business Plan: Follow up on the business plan enablers - sales, budget tracking, market shares, pricing (NSR), distribution milestones, special plans (acceleration plans) and other agreed KPIs. People & Talent Management: Retention, Performance Management, and Development of People.
- Lead Revenue Growth Management pillars .
