Responsibilities: - Integration of business development, sales, marketing, brand, communication and technical interface for revenue growth, diversification, profitability, and cash generation - Procreation of business and augment business networking, especially with top management, business leaders and key stakeholders - Display excellence in client care and develop robust commercial eco-system pan India - Develop business plan and define precise actionable roadmap for upscaling business - Implement strategic sales, business development and business model evolution targets - Ability to work across a variety of business models, projects, distributors, applicators, and institutional sales - Customer relationship management and excellence in client care - Lead and manage complete value chain - sales process, design office, assets and materials, projects, clients, contracts, bid, cash, risk management (including claims, arbitration, and settlement) - Maintain agile and timely financials, P &amp; L management, budgets, forecasts and reports Requirement: - B.E./B Tech Civil. PG business management from a reputed institute, preferably in sales and marketing - Techno-commercial experience will be an advantage - Experience in Heavy Infrastructure Industry is must.
