Commercial Controller - Consumer Durable

Position: Commercial Controller

Location: Gurgaon

We have been retained by one of our client to recruit a Commercial Controller.

Accountabilities:

- Strategy development and execution support

- Annual operating plans and forecasting quarterly performance

- Product costing and margin analysis on a regular basis to help business teams to take timely pricing decisions

- Set monthly collection and payment forecast & monitor the same closely with the operating team

- Management of working capital of the business in line with operating plans

- Framing of commercial policies and controls and ensuring the same is implemented

- Recover overdue balances from debtors

- Due diligence on new customers.

- Framing pricing policies in consultation with operating heads and circulating the same to all offices with necessary guidelines.

- Assist to measure the performance of the division with Annual Business plan.

- Critical analysis of operating MIS in terms of key financial parameters like Margin, employee cost, operating cost and take corrective action wherever financial parameters are in variance with laid down bench mark.

- Guiding the team in terms of commercial issues.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified or MBA Finance with 10-12 years of post qualification experience.
