- Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line. Product experience in Transformer Oils, White Oils, Liquid Paraffin and Petroleum Jellies is mandate
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search for sales leads and prospects
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate markets
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins
- Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations to dealers, customers, internal staff
- Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and set short- and long-term sales strategies and achieve pre-defined sales targets
Basic Qualifications:
- 4-9 years of experience in handling similar product line
- Strong track record of execution capability and strong drive for results
- Should have a mix of sales and marketing
- Strong analytical ability
