- Experience for Quality Control practices for specialty oils like Transformer oils, Liquid Paraffin, White oils, Mineral oils is mandate
- Work closely with cross functional teams, to create an execute a quality control project road map and specify solutions that will improve compliance
- Identifying, driving and tracking strategic initiatives and measuring results by monitoring quality metrics
- Designing and maintain department's budget to ensure availability of optimal resources
- Review and compare quality policies, procedures and directives and regulatory guidelines with site procedures
- Respond to inspection observation and business affiliate queries. Provide updates to regulatory agencies on compliance to response
- Preparing and executing regular program updates to the factory head and senior management
- Perform Risk analysis and management at regular intervals
- Organize and lead team to execute timely batch processing through validation and checks
Basic qualifications:
- Master's Degree required preferably M.SC
- 12+ Years experience within a quality environment.
- Self-starter capable to taking initiative and working with minimal direction
- Experienced in using quality mind-set to drive improvements through the application of state-of-the-art tools and concepts
- Have a strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment with high volume workload and not be afraid to get to the ground level.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
