Role-specific requirements

- Accomplished Reward and Benefits specialist with 9+ years- experience including 5+ at management level. Experience in working for fast-growing mid-size companies and of reviewing policies and processes.

- Ability to work under own initiative with limited - hand-holding-.

- Proven business partner skills with robust business acumen and expertise as to how Reward Programmes can help deliver value to the bottom line.

- Ability to influence and deliver change - strategic change at Group level and tactical change at a divisional level.

- Capable of engaging with a large and HR diverse team including subject matter experts and operational delivery team members.

- Ability to build and manage effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining a solid record of accomplishment of working with leading employee benefits providers.

- Effective negotiation capability to ensure effective management of and delivery through suppliers. - Experience of working in Western Europe desirable.

- Excellent Excel and analytical skills. - Works with HR Services to support and continuously improve Reward & Recognition administration processes and practices.

Key accountabilities:

- Lead the formulation of compelling Reward initiatives to help enable delivery of the organisational strategy. This includes external benchmarking, benefits management, pension arrangements and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review.

- Be an active member of the local HR senior leadership team contributing to the design and delivery of the strategic HR agenda.

- Maintain an effective business partner relationship with the HR community and other business leaders - be the - go-to- expert in regard to all matters relating to compensation and benefits.

- Maintain effective relationships with 3rd party suppliers across the C&B spectrum locally.

- Actively support the re-booking and contract negotiation/service delivery process with suppliers.

- Lead the preparation of employee compensation communications and guidelines and policies for the implementation of the compensation programs

- Perform benchmarking, analysis, summary preparation for approvals, program delivery, and assessment.

- Responsible for the administration/implementation of the benefits program

- Communicate employees on benefits program and claims procedure.

- Supports management's decision making by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.

- Develop country benefits design and renewal strategies

- Work with HR operations team & Country head to ensure benefits offered are in alignment with company and employee interest.

Role Purpose:

- Ensure that our reward programs support the business strategy and bring maximum ROI.

- Business partner a business area on all aspects of reward by supporting and challenging

- HRBPs and business leaders on processes, insights and project activities.

- Global accountability for all compensation programmes including job evaluation, ensuring

- the programmes are well designed, effectively governed and successfully communicated

- Lead on ensuring our recognition programme is effective

- Participate in global Reward projects such as review of grading, lead globally on projects if needed

- Implement the organization's Compensation strategy in consultation with Management and

- Global Centre of Excellence.

- Work on Salary Structure, Salary Budget proposal in line with the business requirement and

- Global compensation guidelines.

- Conduct market and trend analysis compensation programs through market research and total compensation survey input and analysis on an ongoing basis

- Perform forecasting and modeling as needed; stay abreast of compliance requirements;

- assist with the formulation of recommendations to administer programs in a compliant manner

- Ensure compliance to labor laws and timely roll out of revised labor law policies and

- Changes in Govt regulations as part of pay structures and policy design
