Colt - Construction Programme/Project Manager - Data Centre - Engineering Services Installations (15-22 yrs)
- Experience in managing green field construction projects involving complex engineering services installations.
- Expertise in Data center projects
- Construction Manager who has good Project management skills
- Technical knowledge of construction, mechanical and electrical services, controls (BMS) and security installations.
- An in-depth understanding of the technical, procedural, contractual and commercial aspects of project delivery
- Experience of working in India, specifically in Mumbai.
- Experience and understanding of procuring supply and construction contracts.
- Experience of managing and working with local and remotely based collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Impressive communication skills are required (written and verbal).
- Methodical and highly organised
- Understanding of Health & Safety best practices and the implementation of those
