Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager (PM) who has an extensive background in building successful SaaS solutions. In this role you- ll be responsible for driving lead conversion, successful user and customer onboarding, use and expansion of our SaaS platform. You will set qualitative and quantitative goals and use the hypothesis-driven approach to make constant incremental progress towards achieving those goals. You will provide insights to other functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to aid prioritization and align towards shared goals. You will join a team of highly dedicated and experienced team of Product Managers and collaboratively drive the roadmap for a broad portfolio of products. This role is based in Bangalore, India. What You- ll Do: - Create seamless experience for our visitors to convert and onboard on to our SaaS platform based on self-serve principles - Interact with customers, sales, and other product managers to identify product gaps in core product experiences - Provide clearly articulated requirements to engineering and collaborate with them to drive prioritization and project planning to drive customer satisfaction and product adoption metrics - Leverage appropriate tools - documents, slides, low-fidelity mockups, etc. to effectively share ideas across a globally distributed organization - Retain pulse on the market and identify large trends, competitive moves, etc. to influence strategic decisions - Help clearly define role of responsibilities of various functions inside that map to customer experiences - Drive SaaS delivery model - daily/weekly releases, customer behavior analysis, and continuous improvement. - You will work with our SaaS Ops team to set and drive SaaS operation model to ensure uptime and SLAs for our global customers - You will drive SaaS pricing, packaging, and licensing models As Our Ideal Candidate: - You believe that there's more to product success than meets the eye!
