Job Statement-Core Purpose of the Job

Coordinate and Support Face and Lip category

Dimensions:

Category management for all India. This has a critical role in achieving sales and profit targets by launching new products and managing existing portfolio

Activities:

Product Management, People Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning and Strategy

Success Indicators:

1. Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information

2. Handling end to end complete product launches

3. Interaction and coordinating with all International vendors for product development

4. Coordination with research and development agencies

5. Implementing pre/post launch sales promotional activities with different teams

6. Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses

7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:

Professional Qualifications Skills & Knowledge Competencies

Essential : Experience in fashion Industry, preferable cosmetic industry for 3 years minimum

Graduate /PG preferably MBA in Sales/ Marketing

1. Strong interpersonal skills

2. Ability to execute with speed

3. An eye for colour & aesthetics-

4. Good awareness of relevant market including local and prestigious brands in standalone and chain model

5. Excellent report writing and presentation skills
