About the Role : - Coloplast India is looking for a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to continue to support our ambition to become closer to our Consumers, making life easier for those with intimate health care needs. - This position will report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for delivering India digital activation plans and revenue generation in the digital field. He/She will partner with product marketing to build content and media strategy which reflects our commercial priorities, execute as per plan, ensure on-going performance optimization and maximize the returns on our marketing spend investment. And You will be responsible for: - Planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including SEO/SEM and social media. - Drive consumer acquisition and retention activities through database, website, app, social media in close collaboration with sales, marketing and customer facing teams. - Day to day management of all digital touchpoints, secure campaign effectiveness, reporting of KPIs and create learning loops to continuously improve digital activities. - Initiate, collaborate & build the influencer community including reaching out to new influencers, activating existing influencers and maintain a strong relationship - To manage the activity plan for all consumer activity from inception to implementation, acting as liaison between consumer care team, on ground team and sales managers. Qualifications and Personal Attribute: Full Time MBA (Marketing), excellent interpersonal skills and a relevant digital marketing course is preferred. You should come with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing domain along with an experience of handling large scale campaign planning and execution. Furthermore: - Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing SEO/SEM, email marketing set up and automation, social media, website and app management. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, salesforce.com; Google Analytics; Email systems such as Eloqua, Website CMS - Analytical experience to drive customer journey, engagement and lead conversion rates. - A passion to make a difference, and to take Consumer Acquisitions to the next level.
