Responsible for the financial health of a company or organisation. Producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research. Guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term

- Developing key financial analysis to aid in business decisions, budgeting and forecasting, and cost structure analysis

- Overseeing key strategic processes including those related to Strategic Planning, Budgeting, and Annual rolling forecast processes, as well as any other key control procedures

- Jointly owning the Sales Revenue and Margin performance metrics for the different business units.

- Leading monthly and quarterly close and forecast activities, summarizing Business unit wise financial results and expectations

- Preparing and delivering monthly financial/analytical reports of business performance to management

Qualifications

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:

- Chartered Accountant and bachelor's or MBA degree in Finance or Accounting.

- 3-7 years of overall Finance and Accounting Experience

- Exposure to basic taxation rules, Corporate Secretarial matters, Treasury matters and Companies Act would be added advantage.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities in a high matrixed organization.

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical financial information to non-financial people.

- Advanced Excel Skills. IT literate good understanding of all MS Office applications

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience of managing teams across multiple geographic locations. Will be a key player driving the Finance Engagement Action Plan

- Experience of leading in a growth focused organization
