Responsibilities:

- Developing Strategic Alliances for Banking products like CASA, Insurance, Demat, Securities etc.

- Should be the creative mind of the team, delivering creative digital solutions to help banking products.

- Should responsible for influencing customer conversations through research-driven insights that fuel strategic storytelling for positive growth and relationship outcomes

- Should be able to drive deep research influence through research design and research execution.

- Should have the ability to understand client requirements and marry our digital solution with the same.

- Should have the patience & ability to conduct extensive subject matter research & plan effective solutions that ensure use of unique offerings, brand integration ideas.

Key Skills Required:

- Relationship management skills - Ability to plan, schedule & effectively deliver as per commitments to each client.

- People person - Patiently understand different perspectives and build strong relationships across the board.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills - You have clarity in what you communicate, whether over email or phone or in-person.

- 1-3 years of experience in business development with in-depth knowledge operations and team management

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Self-motivated

- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and maturity to understand the business needs at all points.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in branding with in-depth knowledge operations and team management

- Preferred Qualification: Top Tier - BTech or BTech + MBA

- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job

- Proven ability to handle cross functional roles. and ability to effectively communicate with team and vendor.
