JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

Senior BDM :

Leadership : Setup entire Sales Process in the Region. Concept Selling: sell Online Advertising Solutions to the Universities/Institutes/Training Agencies/B2B Marketing & Advertisement Sales.

- Relationship Management : Develop and manage relationship with senior management at companies and educational institutes through email, telephonic or face to face conversations.

- Drafting Proposals: Expertise in drafting proposals and preparing presentations for the clients.

- Revenue Generation : Responsible for generating Ad sales revenue by developing online/mobile advertising opportunities.

- Strategy Planning : Create a strategic road map and execution plan for acquisition of new clients in line with the overall organizational objectives.

- Sales Forecasting and target achievement : Take complete ownership of the sales process, forecast sales for specific periods and generate the targeted revenues.

Other job related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER (PREMIUM COLLEGES ONLY) (NSIT/IIT/DU/DTU/THAPAR/PEC)

- Knowledge of Consultative selling.

- Key Accounts Management Experience (Recommended)

- Digital Marketing Exposure (Recommended)

- Proven experience in negotiating deals/implementing programs at scale.

- Analytical skills & excellent organizational skills

EIR (PREMIUM COLLEGES ONLY)(PREMIUM COLLEGES ONLY) (NSIT/IIT/DU/DTU/THAPAR/PEC) :

- Work directly with the Business Development team on solving interesting and large-impact problems across the team.

- Independently managing large projects and programs within the BD vertical across various products, operations, partnerships and investor relations.

- Make Strategic Compliances for smooth running of products / Business.

- Manage the existing products and to have the ability to build new products from scratch.

- Work as the binding force that keeps all the verticals intact and together (Solving very selective Business problems wherein your assistance is required.)
