What You'll do?

- Build long term relations with key accounts.

- Client servicing and troubleshooting in case of issues.

- Performance reporting on a regular basis.

- Create up selling plan to generate additional revenue.

- Coordinate with sales, finance and operations team for on-ground operations.

- Managing PnL for key accounts.

What do we need from your end?

- Grad from Premium college i.e IIT/NIT/BITS-Pilani / DTU/NSIT etc.

- Planning and organizational skills.

- Should have strong Operations knowledge.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
