- Own the mid-year and annual performance review process
- Own & facilitate career development and career progression discussions
- Drive IJP process and the movements around it
- Own intelligence around people performance & growth
- Validate and propose nominations to Learning academies
- Ably identify high-potential employees and own their development within the organization
- Ably assist the Business Heads on mid-year promotions and corrections
- Own people performance metrics and parameters
- Build succession planning and maintain healthy talent pipelines to meet current and future needs.

- In-depth knowledge of complete employee life cycle
- Able to travel to Business Locations
- Abreast of key HR trends, tools, benchmarks in the industry
