- Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems  - Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes   - Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications;   - Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced techniques in product development.  - Works closely with the Market Expansion Strategy team to develop Go-to-market strategies while entering new markets.  - Develop key metrics to track brand perception amongst the relevant target groups  - Develop product strategies that put users first while helping us meet our business goals.  Candidate Profile:  - 1+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst/Strategic Analyst with a reputed firm   - Good communication and interpersonal skills   - Strong commitment and desire to deliver   - Strong process/project management, prioritization, and multi-tasking capabilities   - Ability to work with ambiguity and think on the feet  Salary offered: 5 - 12 LPA
