Job Description :- Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme and run CPA, CPL and CPL campaigns.
- Work with Affiliate Executives to find the best solutions for affiliate partners.
- Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spends.
- Oversee all affiliate campaigns.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.
- Negotiating terms of the deal (rates & payment schedule).
- Hands on Experience and Understanding on Platforms like Has offers, Cake are and added Advantage.
- Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
- Manage a team of Affiliate Executives, ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved.
- Deliver affiliate-marketing reports to senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates.
- Monitor publisher activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase publisher -generated revenue.
- Recruit new publishers and partners through research, referrals and other avenues.
- Oversee the distribution and implementation of marketing tools and sales creative to publishers.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and performance plans.
- Interact with affiliates and publishers to establish relationships, and proactively manage the existing relationships on an on-going basis.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate.
- Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, publishers and recommend new campaigns to publishers.
- Supply creative packages, links and reporting to publishers as needed.
- Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel.
- Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth.
- Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy.
