Job Responsibilities:

- To look after entire 4 - Cafe's Centers - Guwahati, Ranchi, Lucknow and Patna.

- Planning and executing plan for opening New cafes as per the business requirements.

- Developing the consultant network in whole of Bihar/Jharkhand and all NE region.

- Responsible for the P/L for Cafe's business and increase revenue by generating business through centers.

- Responsible for Cafe's center operations and deliver high productivity through controlling, monitoring, analyzing & reviewing system.

- Determines Cafe's center operational strategies by conducting performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses; defining user requirements, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.

- Maintains and improves caf-center operations by monitoring employee's performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance.

- Strengthening team by recruiting talents and provide effective on job training, assigning jobs responsibilities.

- Prepares caf center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

- Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.

- Reviewing working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative

- Working with department heads and senior management to get the best performance

- Manage budgets and forecasts

Key Skills Required:

- Strong Process & System Orientation.

- Strong understanding of the admission process in the education industry.

- Strong understanding of the student migration.

- Strong connect in consultant network.

- Business Analytical Skills

- Outstanding communication and people skills

- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

- Proven work experience in similar role

- Familiarity with business, technology & financial aspects

- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. Business, finance, Technology etc.)
