ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance and creation of profile in HRIS. 2. Collaborate and partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders across multiple departments to determine business needs before, during, and after the recruiting process 3. Source relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels 4. Conduct screening and skills assessment to qualify candidates via phone interviews and provide candidate recommendations to the hiring manager 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience 6. Responsible for coordinating scheduling and aligning interview for the desired profile. 7. Provide thorough pipeline reporting to hiring managers on open jobs including but not limited to: volume of applicants, number of interviews completed, job market and salary trends, pipeline demographics, and more 10. Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job portals SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE : 1. 4+ years of prior experience in a Recruitment, Staffing, Talent Acquisition in volume hiring or in corporate hiring. 2. Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and written) combined with an enthusiastic and dynamic personality and presence 3. The ability to build quality relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners and candidates 4. Exceptional organizational skills 5. The agility to execute recruiting goals with multiple deadlines 6. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment 7. Prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task 8. Competency in maintaining confidential information 9. Familiarity with and exposure to technology or media-based platforms (can explain our services to potential candidates) 10. A self-directed personality with the ability to take initiative 11. Experience with Google Suite, HRIS and other technical skills 12. The flexibility and eagerness to do whatever is required sometimes your responsibilities may shift depending upon the current needs!
