- Provide strategic input into overall company business development

- Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy.

- Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.

- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

- Oversee day-to-day operation of the company.

- Give input on product/packaging/design/branding/pricing/etc

- Advise projects team on site selections for new projects

- Collaborate with Brand equity & partner companies (agencies, suppliers etc) to maximise and leverage the brand's presence

- Use data analysis to find insights and make data-driven decision
