Continuously evaluating the performance of existing Collection strategies. Identify and raise any potential risks to key internal stakeholders along with solutions to mitigate them. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement (including process automation), and initiate change where required. Build, test & implement collection strategy function based on the insight (processes, knowledge base, reporting). Work collaboratively with related internal and external parties to drive the required changes and improvements. Lead improvement project (Collection system manager, Dialer, Payment Channel, Comms) Manage Collection Budget, Cost, Caplan, and forecasting. Keeping Abreast with the latest technology & developments in the Industry & implementing/experimenting with new tech in collections. Lead a team of Analyst to assign tasks and monitor their working.
