Job Description:

- Reporting to the National Collection head of the Organisation you will be responsible for-

- Managing end to end collections for the lending business along with managing relationship with all key stakeholders in the consumer durable industry

- Building a robust collection team from scratch

Profile :

- Over 5+ years of work experience in managing national or large zonal collection teams for loans/credit cards for banks or large NBFCs

- Experience in banking, NBFC/ARC in recoveries and collections

- Excellent logic and problem-solving skills and are numbers-driven.

- Self-driven & energetic operations expertise

- Experience in building collection operations from the ground-up and scaling them is a big plus

- Top-notch people management skills

- Experience in scaling your team talent and are Adept at recruiting, motivating and mentoring talent
