Job Title - Collection Manager-Corporate Finance(for Entire South)

Position Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Follow up with EMI bounce cases on a daily basis for LAP, SME and MME accounts for locations mapped to them.

- Manage the collection portfolio for the Strategic business in containing the delinquency level for the assigned Zone.

- Facilitate collection and recovery in Strategic business with focus on critical cases for the assigned Region.

- Ensure implementation of the collections and recoveries strategies for corporate finance business and periodically monitor the processes to enhance efficiency in collections

- Interact with customers and analyse customer data wrt. collections, identify cases to be targeted for recoveries and coordinate with the Business to ensure collections

- Identify changes in the terms of lending that need to be effected, for assets to be restructured/ rescheduled/ DDC and transfer the account to the Relationship Managers within the assigned region for processing and following up

- Undertake necessary actions in co-ordination with the legal department for cases that need to be restructured and for cases that can be recovered through legal intervention

- NPA as percentage of the total portfolio size tracked on a month on month basis
