Collection Head - NBFC

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as a Collection Head NBFC located in Gurugram.

- The responsibilities include overseeing the collection team, managing and optimizing the collection process, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Collection Head or similar role in the NBFC sector.

- In-depth knowledge of collection strategies, regulations, and best practices.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive performance and achieve targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and disputes effectively.

- Analytical mindset to assess data and trends for continuous process improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies for efficient debt collection.

- Set short-term and long-term collection goals in alignment with the company's financial objectives.

- Monitor and adjust collection strategies as needed to optimize recovery rates.

- Identify potential risks in the collections process and develop mitigation strategies.

- Monitor delinquent accounts and take timely action to prevent bad debt write-offs.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.

- Work closely with other departments such as finance, sales, and legal to ensure a cohesive approach to debt recovery.

- Collaborate with external partners or agencies if necessary to enhance collections efforts.

- Ensure alignment between the collections strategy and overall business goals.
