What You Will Do:

- Developing and implementing SEO strategies: You will be responsible for creating and executing an SEO strategy that aligns with the company's business goals. This includes researching and analyzing keywords, optimizing content, building links, and improving the overall search engine visibility of the company's website & on the app store.

- Monitoring and reporting on SEO & ASO performance: You will be responsible for monitoring the company's SEO performance and providing regular reports on key metrics such as search engine rankings, organic traffic, and conversions. This will involve using tools such as Google Analytics and other SEO monitoring tools to track progress. You will also be looking at youtube SEO.

- Collaborating with other teams: You will need to work closely with other teams, such as content and development teams, to ensure that SEO best practices are being implemented throughout the company's website. You will also need to coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's SEO strategy.

- Keeping up-to-date with SEO trends and best practices: You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, including changes to search engine algorithms, to ensure that the company's SEO strategy remains effective.

- Conducting competitive analysis: You will be responsible for conducting competitive analysis to identify areas of opportunity and areas where the company may be falling behind in terms of SEO. This will help you to develop strategies to improve the company's overall search engine visibility.

- Managing relationships with external vendors: You may need to work with external vendors, such as SEO agencies or freelancers, to execute on certain aspects of the company's SEO strategy. You will need to manage these relationships and ensure that the work being done is in line with the company's goals and objectives.

What You Should Have:

- 4+ years of experience in SEO

- Ability to prioritize all the tasks and initiatives with your OKR and focus on execution, strong bias for action

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Ability to have deep empathy for users and to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience-from frontline workers to CXOs

- Strong interpersonal skills to manage and work with multiple teams and stakeholders

- Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking/market analysis /competitive analysis
