CoinSwitch - HR Generalist (5-8 yrs)
About the role :
- This role would take care of all things HR. Overseeing and managing the end to end HR tasks and responsibilities will constitute the core of this role.
What you will do :
- Manage the employee life cycle for our team including, but not limited to, suggesting and implementing changes to on-boarding, conducting the induction program, participate in attrition analysis, solve grievances and taking care of all exit formalities.
- Connect with employees on a one to one basis.
- Design an engagement calendar for boosting morale and inter-team connect, and take the lead on organising the activities involved.
- Take care of employee relations issues such as disciplinary concerns, compliance grievances and POSH framework
- Take ownership of the HR Management System processes.
- Collaborate with teams to promote a healthy work culture and reinforce positive experiences at the workplace.
What you should have :
- 5+ years of experience working in a People Operations role.
- A positive attitude and desire to create a difference in people's lives at work.
- The ability to work on multiple initiatives at any given point of time.
- Immediate joining would be considered as an added bonus.
