Let's chat BTW we just added 300 users while you were reading this :) What You Will Do : - Connect with employees on a one-to-one basis. - Take care of employee relations issues such as disciplinary concerns, and compliance grievances. - Collaborate with teams to promote a healthy work culture and reinforce positive experiences at the workplace. - Ensures 100% documentation and compliance-related requirements are fulfilled through stakeholders. - Conduct benchmarking research to ensure that the best practices are followed in the organization. - Take ownership of the HR Management System processes. What You Should Have : - 4-7 yrs exp, Associate Lead position - Must be having startup experience - Core HRBP experience - Hands-on with HR Analytics- how to measure attrition, create success metrics around people connects, prepare pulse reports, a bias for action, etc. - The ability to work on multiple initiatives at any given point in time. - A positive attitude and desire to create a difference in people's lives at work.
