You make a difference, Make a difference by, - Coordinating and onboarding OTC clients to place an order on an exchange, relaying and broadcasting the quotes - Assisting the Fiat and crypto withdrawals/deposits for the traders and ensuring faster TATs Onboarding for HNI clients : - Assisting HNIs in placing orders on the platform and maintaining an efficient relationship with all stakeholders - Maintaining internal operational and financial controls and ensure they meet all compliance requirements - Ensuring compliance with reporting and response deadlines - Managing internal and customer-related documentation as per internal processes - Ensuring quality service and effective &amp; efficient operations support for all stakeholders Job requirements - Working knowledge of trading with at least 2-3 years of experience in trading support is an essential working knowledge of trading products - exposure calculation, margin, profit, and lost&nbsp;past experience in trading on equities/forex/commodities/crypto would be a plus - Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required - Excellent communication and organisational skills - Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines
