As a Product Designer (UI/Visual), you do all of the above and more. You make a difference. Make a Difference by: 1. Presenting the user interface visually so that information is easy to read, easy to understand, and easy to find 2. Preparing work by gathering information and materials. 3. Generating clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end. 4. Working collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience. 5. Collaborating with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers in order to create simple, easy-to-use software. 6. Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field. 7. Interpreting storyboards to tell visual stories that support learning Job requirements 1. Expert in creating visual and information hierarchy, defining micro-interactions, creating easy to use interfaces & motion design 2. Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD and Sketch for prototyping and delivering high fidelity designs to developers. 3. Experience in Fintech, Trading or Investment products is a plus 4. Should have worked on both web as well as mobile platforms. 5. Should have experience in making, implementing, documenting and using the Design System (DLS). 6. Should be a self-motivator and willing to come up with solutions by diving deep into the core of the problem. 7. Should be a team player and must have excellent communication skills(both spoken and written) 8. Under graduate or graduate degree in design is a plus. 9. Designing for flutter in the past is also a plus.
