Make a difference by: - Understanding CoinDCX's portfolio of products, their target customers and benefits, and how they fit into our customers- business operations - Working with stakeholders to set growth, engagement, and retention targets for each product - Leveraging data to understand the product conversion and engagement funnel; using data to design marketing campaigns to influence the funnel metrics - Driving and monitoring A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize key performance metrics; -Analyzing findings, presenting recommendations, and scaling as necessary - Creating and executing engagement and retention journeys across Activation, Retention, Referral, and other necessary Growth roles - Evaluating and closely monitoring key retention metrics and consistently measuring customer sentiment metrics (NPS, etc.) - Designing and executing product-led campaigns to drive growth across levers - Building contextual and personalized journeys with a deeper understanding of their behavior and persona Job requirements : - At least 2-3 years of experience in retention and engagement Marketing - An extremely outcome-driven individual and a good team player - Expertise in A/B testing and optimizations with a product-led growth mindset - Must be well versed with product and marketing analytics including GA, Amplitude, etc. and marketing automation tools including MoEngage, Clevertap, etc. - Must be familiar with the investment and the trading space in general - Expertise in data gathering and fundamental quantitative analysis - Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities - Intimate knowledge of the cryptocurrency exchange space shall be a plus About CoinDCX : CoinDCX is India's largest and safest cryptocurrency exchange.
