Key Account Manager Designation- Key Account Manager Experience : 3-4 Years Location : Mumbai/Bangalore Overview of the Function : - Will be responsible for relationship and business for enterprise clients at CoinDCX, Manage Revenue and volumes from existing enterprise clients, improve processes and work with the operations team to onboard new enterprise clients, prepare GST based data for invoicing for enterprise clients and liaising between internal departments for the same. Role at CoinDCX : - Assisting with generating new business depending on market and user trends - Relationship management with existing key clientele and acting as the SPOC for all of their requirements - Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships. - Improve existing onboarding process for enterprise clients - Prepare monthly GST statements for invoicing the trades conducted by enterprise clients. - To execute the transaction by liaising with other functional groups to obtain concurrence for go-live. - Generate Revenue from the existing clientbase What will you bring to CoinDCX? : - Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office tools - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. - Understanding of equity or crypto markets - Excellent communication skills - Aptitude for fostering positive relationships - Teamwork and leadership skills - Customer-oriented mindset
