Job Description - Your responsibility will be all about getting more out of existing customers - You will be responsible to ideate, build &amp; execute consumer lifecycle programs to drive retention, reactivation, engagement, etc. with a focus on Revenue and Retention - You will engage with high LTV customers to build a customer advisory board - Upselling and cross-selling products along with the promotion of referral programs will also be an important KPI that you will own - You will enable trader feedback loops on/off the product to enable better decision-making on the product and its roadmap - You will work with the Customer Success team to ensure rich customer experience and reduce churn - You will closely work with the business intelligence team to build growth intelligence around user personas, user behavior, user lifecycle, etc. - You will also work closely with the marketing team to generate content and run various campaigns to enable revenue generation Qualifications - At least 2-3 years of experience in retention and engagement Marketing - An extremely outcome-driven individual and a good team player - Expertise in A/B testing and optimizations with a product-led growth mindset - Must be well versed with product and marketing analytics including GA, Amplitude, etc. and marketing automation tools including MoEngage, Clevertap, etc. - Must be familiar with the investment and the trading space in general - Expertise in data gathering and fundamental quantitative analysis - Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities - Intimate knowledge of the cryptocurrency exchange space shall be a plus About CoinDCX CoinDCX is India's largest and safest cryptocurrency exchange.
