CoinDCX - Director - Market Maker Partnerships

Overview of the Function:

Will be responsible for ensuring stable partnerships with Market Makers and individual High Frequency Traders (HFT) to ensure liquidity across order books of CoinDCX at all times. Coordinate with internal and external teams as required to ensure stability and minimum slippages in orders.

Role at CoinDCX

- Responsible for increasing partnerships across market makers and individual HFTs.

- Understand liquidity needs across the exchange and develop plans to address them.

- Process documentation and paraphernalia related to onboarding partners with CoinDCX.

- Resolve client complaints quickly and effectively by working across multiple internal teams

- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts, approach potential customers to establish relationships.

- Taking a data-driven approach and working closely with the growth and partnerships head to plan a go-to-market strategy for the CoinDCX Market Maker program.

- Taking ownership of driving product-led growth in the organization while working closely with the product and marketing teams.

- Understand both domestic and international compliance framework and develop plans to address them

- Lead from the front by assisting in System Design, Process Documentation & Partner pitch

- Identify key staff in market maker institutions to cultivate long-term relationships

- Closely monitor the spread, depth and uptime of all existing partners to ensure minimum slippages

- Gain knowledge of Market Trends and Competitor Insights to solidify our order book liquidity

- Negotiate commercials, Track Integration process, Manage MIS with market makers
