Use econometric modeling, long-term experiments, and other techniques to measure brand campaign performance 8. Lead and mentor high performing team that infuses CoinDCX's brand across all marketing activities Job requirements : - 8+ years of demonstrated success building great brands preferably in the Fintech Space - A disposition toward using market &amp; customer data, research, and experimentation to drive outstanding results. - Experience building and leading high-performing, high-creativity teams - Sound business judgment; strategic and data analytical capabilities - Fluency in communication and understanding of brand values - A self-starter with the ability to function independently
