Manage, lead, and grow a data-driven and performance-oriented marketing team 7. Monitor the market, competition, and trends and manage external service providers 8. Design and implement a holistic marketing strategy in coordination with the senior management team 9. Deliver results by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and leading your team to superior performance 10. Act as the voice of our community and help shape product strategy, testing, and research 11. Advise teams on strategy and communication to empower our design, copywriting, and creative teams across the organization. Job requirements : - 10+ years of demonstrated success marketing products in India preferably in the Fintech Space - A disposition toward using market &amp; customer data, research, and experimentation to drive outstanding results. - Experience building and leading high-performing, high-creativity teams - Sound business judgment; strategic and data analytical capabilities - Fluency in communication and understanding of brand values - A self-starter with the ability to function independently
